Marketing DirectorBorn and educated in Hong Kong. Joei started off her career in Asian Equities but continuously dabbled in many different art forms until she fell in love with Western Calligraphy in 1995. Joei studied calligraphy and logo design under world-class artists - Thomas Ingmire, Dave Wood and Kohei Miura - and later graduated from the prestigious Musashino Arts University. While continuing to pursue her master’s degree in Communication Design at Musashino, Joei tirelessly organized and promoted successful art exhibitions using her graphic and computer design skills to create websites, business cards, flyers and other promotional materials. Despite her myriad responsibilities as RBR Marketing Director, Joei still finds the energy to share her passion for Visual Journaling and Calligraphy in her workshops and group projects, both in Japan and overseas.
