 Successful businesses are multi-faceted - the managers provide the intellect, the artists the creativity, the founders the soul. 

What is your company myth? It is the collection of stories that exists within your organization’s walls. By creating an awareness of the company’s myths we enable all members to use these stories to realize your company’s goals. But why is this myth so hard to realize? Because it lies buried under a mountain of tedious work routines. You need to set aside your rational Left Brains to discover the persona hidden deep inside each of you, which you are oftentimes unaware of - the tiger, the elephant, the hero, the winged messenger in yourselves, in your corporate community. And embracing the mythological consciousness will permit you to step outside the rational and realize that you are your stories.
